Youth participation is essential to the future of democracy. At Democracy International, we believe that young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow — they are the changemakers of today. Around the world, youth are stepping up to demand fairer, more transparent, and more inclusive political systems. We’re here to support, bundle and amplify those efforts.
Through European Democracy Camps, global volunteering services, local advocacy trainings, and international campaigns, we create spaces for young people to explore democratic principles, engage with peers across borders, and take action in their communities. From civic education and voting rights to sustainable and direct participation, we champion youth-led democratic innovation.
Ready to take action? Join our upcoming exchanges, share your knowledge with fellow young changemakers or gain hands-on experience through our internship and long-term volunteering opportunities. Whether you're a student, activist, youth worker, or simply passionate about democratic change — your voice matters.
