Global citizens’ assemblies - Pathways for the UN: Principles, design, and implementation

Democracy International and Democracy Without Borders have released a joint report advocating for the creation of Global Citizens’ Assemblies to improve public participation in international decision-making. The report highlights the potential of GCAs to bring citizen perspectives into global institutions like the United Nations on pressing issues such as climate change, AI regulation, and public health.
